Children
Our Services are not targeted at children under the age of 13. Consequently, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we received personal data from children under 13 years of age, we will take measures to delete such personal data.
Personal Information
In Phoenix Game Academy we are committed to protect the privacy rights of our customers. When you use our products, we may collect the information you provide us through any of several app stores like Google Play Store, and social networks like Facebook in accordance with their policies and terms of services. With your approval, we may store your basic profile information like full name and email, but we do not store or seek your date of birth, addresses, telephone numbers, or credit card information.
We also collect device related information such as your device's hardware and software, Media Access Control address and other unique device identifiers, device tokens, as well as information on your mobile network and your time zone.
For social features that connect players, some information may be displayed to other users, such as your high scores, achievements, game progress. ,We also collect analytic data such as your achievements, in-app purchases, advertisement activity, level completed that may be linked to your name or email address. This data will only be used to improve the experience of all our users, but is not disclosed publicly.
Your information will be used solely for the purpose of providing you with a better service, it will not be rented, leased, or sold to unaffiliated third parties. We may store your email address and use it to notify you of new product releases and features. Those emails will contain links for unsubscribing, if you decide not to receive further emails from us.
We use analytics information to discover bugs and level design problems, provide a more personalised experience, improve the sales of in app purchases, and to optimise marketing campaigns.
You may invite a friend of yours to join our game via social media feature. We may use this information to contact or remind that person that he or she has been invited to join.
Requesting data deletion
In Phoenix Game Academy we are committed to protect the privacy rights of our customers. You can easily ask to delete all of your data and its records from our system by just sending an email to us on moji.kashanii@gmail.com with the title of "data deletion". You need to send the email either using your Facebook email or mentioning your Facebook email in the body of your message.
Regarding the CalculatorNote app, you can simply press the Delete User Data button in the app menu.
Protecting your information
Our databases are hosted and maintained on the most secured servers by Google Firestore protected by Firewalls, passwords, and modern SSL encryption technology.
Disclosing the information required by law
If a government or other public authority requests personal data about you and we believe disclosure is in accordance with or required by applicable law, we may share the information about you with such authorities. If private persons or entities request personal data about you and we are required by applicable law to disclose such personal data about you, we may share personal data about you with such private persons or entities.

We partner with some well known third party service providers such as Google, Apple, Facebook, Amazon and Unity. Therefore sometimes we share information with them as part of their services. We do not sell personal information collected from our users.
